| About Lineberry Properties
Dewey Lineberry From owning a few rental properties in the 1970s, Lineberry Properties, Inc. has grown into a successful, multi-faceted real estate investment company dedicated to customer service and highly-principled business practices. Throughout its history, Lineberry Properties has created consistent equity and stability in its real estate holdings, generating an impressive return on investment while weathering volatile market conditions with uncanny foresight. The company originally began when its founder, Dewey Lineberry, began acquiring land and constructing commercial buildings to lease to small businesses in Middle Tennessee. In the following decade, he purchased and developed an array of small commercial and industrial properties as well as single-family residential homes and duplexes. |
More recently, the company has expanded into select marketplaces on the national scene, including Florida, Kentucky, and Nevada. By currently focusing on single-tenant retail properties in high-profile locations, the company has earned the status of a preferred developer for Outback Steakhouse, Inc. which encompasses Carrabba's, Bonefish, Outback, Cheesburger in Paradise, Leroy Selmon's, Roy's & Flemings and maintains relationships with Starbucks, Brinker International, Advance Auto, Dollar General and many other retailers. |

Founder and President
Nearly forty years ago, Dewey Lineberry’s keen business sense and savvy eye for real estate and rental properties led to the founding of Lineberry Properties, which eventually became incorporated in 1979. However, the inspiration and perspiration for the company began several years prior, when Dewey owned and operated Lineberry’s Clothing Store, growing it into a prominent Middle Tennessee retail chain. |
After purchasing the property to build his first retail store, he continued with relentless drive and intuitive foresight to expand his commercial and residential real estate holdings throughout the area. His core values of integrity, prudence and hard work remain a fundamental cornerstone of the company. Today with his son, Mark, Mr. Lineberry continues to oversee the expansion of the company as it broadens its scope and geographic foothold in select locations across the nation. |
